- Individual Value DOWN 5%

- Banks are loosening lending standards.

So, unless you were financially destroyed by the recession (which does admittedly eliminate a great swath of folks), I think it is very safe to say that now--NOW--is most certainly a fantabulous, pinch-me-is-this-real, GREAT time for you to buy on the Cape.
